While I believe it is not properly named since it protect him from disease and poison, Fossesh must keep up appearances. The spitting poison. Disgusting stuff, but effective. A toxin that is harmless unless mixed with saliva then it becomes a deadly contact poison. Fossesh is accurate with spewing it from 20' away. Then his spirit drums summon spirits from beyond the veil to terrify those of lesser constitution. They swarm his enemies to confuse and harass them.
But what you're looking for in a true psychopath, lizardman shaman, is his philosophy. His goals. Fossesh desires to become a god. To sit next to Kossuth and distribute death and destruction with a thought, move pawn across the world to do your bidding. To become a god, if one does what god does, enough times, one will become as god it.
